Any treatment will be made under the GCO. 2 Yacht4You is a independent database for private persons and agents. The purpose the presentation of boats in the internet, which are for sale or rent. All actual services of the database can be seen at any time online. 3 participation for private owners is free for 4 weeks for just one advertisment. Advertisments which should remain more than 4 weeks in the net have to be paid, therefore see the pricelist. 4 Commercial advertisments are free for 4 weeks, for longer time see the pricelist. 5 Advertisments, commercial or private ones, may never be against the rules neither in their form nor in their content or in the purpose, they follow. It is the right of Yacht4You to delete, to change or refuse advertisment and to exclude this client from any participation at the database. For any content, only the advertiser himself is responsible for correct datas, mentioned in the advertisment(s). Yacht4You does not overtake any liability for disadvantages resulting of mistakes in the advertisement(s). Aswell any liability as a result of misuse of datas is excluded. 6 Yacht4You saves the transfered datas of the advertiser; the datas will not be available for third persons. The user agrees in saving his datas. 7 Yacht4You trys to offer bestpossible service, but is not responsible for technical problems on the internet, which may cause problems or  a timewise breakdown of the system. 8 advertiser has to take care for the correct datas and actuality of his advertisment(s), Yacht4You does not overtake any liability for the actuality, contents and presentation of texts, pictures, plans or other datas. 9 The advertiser will not leave any adress, telephonenumber, faxnumber,email or other links for direct public relation in the advertisement, nor in the text,neither in the pictures. If he leaves any datas of that kind, his advertisment will be deleted without the possibility to pay back any amounts. Contact with interested people will only made by the contact-form  in the database. This contact-form will be send directly to the advertiser and the advertiser can control the saved contactlist at any time. (see serviceform) 10 Find prices in the actual pricelist which is part of GCO. The invoice will always be made to the end of the year. When this period should be shorter than 3 months, the invoice will be up to the end of the nextfollwoing year. Invoices must always be paid immediately. Any other conditions have to be written down. If there are changes in the monthly prices, this will not touch the actual contract.New prices always start with the prolongation of the contract. If there are changes in the additive serviceprices, this will touch actual contracts, starting with the next month after the change, unless there is a written agreement between advertiser and Yacht4You. 11 All  informations, programs, pictures, texts, logos etc. are subject of copyright law and owned by Yacht4You; any use over the period of a contract is strictly forbidden unless Yacht4You has given a written statement. This continously use depends of any kind of public work, not only internet but aswell printmedia, tv etc. and is only  possible for the advertiser himself and Yacht4You. 12 The notice of the contract can be made from both partners within 4 weeks towards the end of the contractdate. If none of the partner cancels the contract, it is automatically renewed for another year and must be paid in advance as usual under circumstanzas of the actual pricelist. 13 Legal domicile is Frankfurt/Germany 14 If, for any reason, one of the above mentioned conditions should be invalid, this will not change the effectiveness of the other conditions.
